About Chloe

Chloe Nagle Cetinkaya writes interviews with artists about their creative process, talks with them about their recent work, and reviews performances. With a focus on dance and interdisciplinary collaboration, she’s curious, “how does the artist’s embodied experience inform the work they make?”

Chloe writes to advocate for the arts; increase the visibility of performing artists; enhance arts access; and deepen relationships with audiences. She wants readers to go to shows and ask, “What’s being known, from one body to another?”

Chloe believes that sharing the creative process sparks enthusiasm, discourse, and respect for creative labor. She is deeply grateful to the artists who share their diverse practices and perspectives with her. You can read current and future articles on her blog, From the Body. Previous articles have been published in online arts magazine, SmilePolitely.
